Wedding Booking Form

Thank you for your Booking which we have pleasure in accepting in accordance with the details shown on your wedding summary (which we have agreed with you over email) and our Terms and Conditions which are available below.  Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Booking carefully as certain exclusion clauses apply.

Dorney Terms & Conditions of Hire

We have provisionally booked the date for your event.  The Booking will only become effective when you complete this form and we receive payment of the Deposit. Payment information will be provided after we’ve received this form.

For your interest deposit payment is via bank transfer (unfortunately we cannot accept payments over the phone or in person). You can make payment from the date we send your paperwork + 2 weeks. We require a 30% deposit of your expected spend. This figure is calculated at the bottom of your Wedding Summary. Your final balance is then due 3 weeks before your wedding; again, via bank transfer. You are of course more than welcome to pay further amounts throughout if you wish using your reference code which will be given to you once we send over your paperwork.
