With it’s bright, and delicate design The Coach House Barn is a strikingly stunning location to share your wedding breakfast celebrations.
The Coach House Barn is a stunning reinterpretation of Dorney Court’s Victorian brewery and the building which formerly housed the carriages and coaches of the Palmer Family. Looking out over its own private landscaped courtyard the Coach House Barn is a magical addition to the Estate.
A dedicated team of craftsmen have laboured tirelessly since the Summer of 2012 to breathe new life into the crumbling building and create a beautiful contemporary space.
The Coach House Barn retains all of its historic charm but combines this with a subtle contemporary style that complements the Tudor surroundings. The exposed oak beams which soar into the roof are an elegant reminder of the building’s origins and the attractive brick furnace, once used in the brewing process, occupies an appropriate place between the modern kitchen and purpose-built bar.
Four double doors, running the length of the barn, allow light to flood the interior and lead out on to a lovely Yorkstone terrace which is a perfect place for al fresco entertainment. A rustic stable perches in the far corner of the courtyard and imagination is the only limit to its use.
